A cutting-edge project that is part of the Prà di Riva village in the municipality of Riva Valdobbia.

The apartment is structured around a large open space living area that develops at double height in the kitchen area, continuing on a relaxation area in the mezzanine room. The two bedrooms are designed with separate accesses and private bathrooms.

The furnishings have a contemporary feel with a large kitchen in back-lacquered glass, marble tops and Gaggenau appliances, of which Monbois is a dealer. The bathrooms and bedrooms maintain a linear design with the use of noble materials such as reclaimed antique oak. Antique larch was chosen for the coverings, which has managed to convey the taste of Alpine tradition.
